Often, we turn to surgeries and procedures simply because we aren’t aware of other options. For women diagnosed with endometrium issues , like excessive wall thickness, Dilation and Curettage (D&C) is commonly recommended. But what if there were natural ways to address these issues? Niharika’s journey is a powerful example of choosing a different path. Faced with the prospect of a D&C, she opted for naturopathy instead. Through a dedicated, holistic approach, she not only avoided the procedure but also transformed her health.

The Endometrium
“In April 2023, after months of irregular and extremely painful periods, I had thickness in my endometrial wall and the gynaecologist recommended a D&C procedure (surgically scraping away the endometrial lining). I was looking for an alternative to that and also after years of poor health habits and an unhealthy diet, I wanted to slowly start shifting to a healthier lifestyle. That’s when I began the three month naturopathy treatment with Rupinder.
Starting Naturopathy
The first week was challenging but after that, things got much easier. Within days, I could feel my body responding and Rupinder was there every step of the way, guiding me and helping me stay motivated. After a couple of weeks, I actually started enjoying this diet and routine.
For me, the biggest shift (and lasting impact) of the treatment has been the drastic reduction in my dependence on medicines. For years, I’ve had multiple allergies and asthma, for which I was taking antihistamines and inhalers almost daily. I was also falling sick frequently and was tired of the amount of antibiotics I’d consumed over the past year, which was also causing skin and stomach issues. During those three months, even when I did fall ill, Rupinder suggested natural remedies that worked just as well. She also taught me ‘jal neti’, which has helped immensely.
Restoring the Endometrium, avoiding D&C
At the end of the treatment, my follow-up scan showed a normal endometrium, so no procedure was needed. I felt lighter and healthier — I’d lost almost 10 kilos (and kept most of it off even a year later), my skin got better and my energy was up. Since then, my periods have been normal and regular and for the first time in my life, they’re not painful.
I haven’t been able to keep up every good habit from those three months but I’ve managed to hold on to some — like, eating more fruits and salads, the juices and soups she recommended and a few simple remedies for common ailments. I’m really grateful for this intervention in my life at a time when I needed it most and wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone considering it.”
