FAQs

Is Naturopathy for me?

If you are someone who has a diagnosed chronic/lifestyle disease like Diabetes, Thyroid, Hypertension, whose medicine dosage has over the years increased, then yes, naturopathy is for you.

If you are health conscious and believe in self-care, like to keep your mind and body balanced then, naturopathy is for you.

If you are simply curious, like experimenting with food as nutrition, or giving your body regular detox, then, naturopathy is for you.

Your work routine 100%. Most of our clients are working professionals. In terms of exercise, we incorporate yoga sequences and routines and encourage everyone to walk. But heavy gym exercises or long distance running needs to be stopped while we are giving your body a cleanse.

Always. Weight loss amongst our clients has ranged from 2 kgs -22 kgs. However, please note, we are not a weight loss program and do not always use weight as an indicator of health. Your energy levels, condition of stomach, hunger and sleep, will are better indicators of health.

Depending on the condition you come in and your fundamental vitality, significant change in terms of energy, lightness, skin tone, hunger and sleep can be visible within 7, 14, 21 or 42 days. For those who come for chronic disease reversal like rheumatoid arthritis, fatty liver, a period of 3-6 months in required to reverse disease to a significant level.

In naturopathy we treat the body as a whole. Hence, we don’t work on one organ or disease rather focus on getting rid of toxins and restoring a clean blood supply overall. If an organ has been weakened significantly due to chronic disease, then post the cleansing, we work on restoring the natural rigour /strengthening the specific organ or body part.

What most people call sick, is what we call acute diseases, whose symptoms are generally: fever, nausea, skin eruptions, allergic attack, headaches. We do not try and supress these if they arise but will adjust your food to increase your tolerance. The degree to which someone experiences these cannot be guaranteed.

Some people who have a history of medicine use/abuse, especially steroids, painkillers, hormonal medicines, can experience more detox symptoms.
