About Rupinder Kaur
Hello, I am Rupinder Kaur a NDDY certified Naturopath and the Founder of Your Urban Naturopath.
The limitations I encountered in accessing naturopathy while being a working professional living in urban cities, is what made me set up ‘Your Urban Naturopath’ online. By using technology, I bring Naturopathy to your homes, without you having to go away to retreats or facilities.
I aspire to help individuals reverse chronic & lifestyle disease, avoid invasive procedures and live a medicine- free healthy life. For those who are more holistically aligned and looking for natural solutions, I help them understand how to use ‘food as medicine’, adapt habits, prioritise movement and deeply connect with themselves.
My passion for fitness (am an Ex-Military Officer) & background in clinical
psychology, makes me combine movement & mental health practices into
naturopathy treatment regimes.

Our Unique Approach
Step 1: Initial Health Consultation
Our work begins with a 60 min mandatory online video consultation to understand your medical history and current health condition. Book & share relevant medical reports—bloodwork, scans, etc. (from past 1–2 years), minimum 24 hrs in advance. You can book directly via the calendar link or email at Yoururbannaturopath@gmail.com
Step 2: Recommended Blood Test
Based on your health condition and treatment goals, an initial blood test will be prescribed to support a deeper understanding of your current state
Step 3: Personalised & Customised Treatment
As your doctor and lifestyle coach, we will work with you daily for 30 minutes during the first three weeks via video calls (audio-only sessions are available if needed). After this period, we move to alternate-day check-ins. These check- ins will give you both the support & accountability, 2 vital ingredients that help stay the course when we make big changes in food and habits.
These sessions allow us to customize your food and introduce yoga practices tailored to your condition. We will also guide you through simple naturopathic treatments—such as enemas, abdominal bandages, and hot/cold baths—that you can safely perform at home.
Step 4: Psychosomatic Support (If Applicable)
If a psychosomatic issue is already diagnosed or identified during our time together, we will incorporate a few focused sessions for that. These may include aspects of talk therapy but will primarily focus on somatic techniques to address the underlying causes. Restorative Sleep modalities are a key component of treatment offered in psychosomatic, auto immune and hormonal imbalances
Step 5: Sustainable Lifestyle Transition
In the final 2 weeks, we focus on helping you transition to a diet and lifestyle suited to your environment. This includes practical strategies to permanently replace harmful kitchen staples such as white salt and white sugar. By this stage, we will have a thorough understanding of your body and lifestyle and will leave you with 2-3 ‘dietary musts and habits to help maintain long-term health
